Shipping and Pricing
New Zealand Customers:
Product pricing shown for customers with a New Zealand delivery address include NZ GST and courier charges. Rural addresses will require an additional surcharge nominated during checkout.
Your order will be dispatched via NZ Couriers usually on the day of receipt of payment or the first working day following.
You will be emailed confirmation and tracking information on the day of dispatch. Signature will be required on receipt unless a NZ Couriers Authority To Leave (ATL) is in place. Delivery can be expected on the next working day following dispatch, or perhaps a day later if your delivery address is rural.
If you prefer to avoid the rural charge for your delivery we suggest providing an urban address such as your workplace or a friend's. Whether your delivery address is regarded as rural NZ Couriers can be checked on their website address checker. Collection from your nearest NZ Courier agent is another option.
NZ Couriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Private Bags. Physical ('street') delivery addresses only please.
We do not use NZ Post for delivery of New Zealand orders.

Picking up orders:
If you intend to pick up your order from us please be aware that we are located rurally approximately 5km from Inglewood in Taranaki.
Please contact us to arrange a convenient time to visit and for directions.
Bulk or Wholesale orders:
For orders of more than 4-6 items/metres contact us for combined courier rates.
We offer bulk discount rates for orders of 12 or more items/metres and wholesale rates apply for orders of 60 or more items, or whole rolls of fabric. Please contact us for our bulk and wholesale rates, terms and conditions.
New Zealand Goods & Services Tax (GST) is not payable for orders with a delivery address outside of New Zealand. Once an offshore delivery address is entered (during your Customer registration or Checkout) prices displayed will then be GST exclusive. Note that this includes New Zealand based Customers purchasing items for overseas delivery (e.g. gifts).
Your choices of delivery are either by New Zealand Post Airmail or NZ Post International Courier.
International Courier provides quickest delivery, with Customer accessible real-time tracking.
This option requires a physical ('street') address and a signature is required to confirm delivery.
The added cost of this delivery method may make it uneconomical for single item and/or smaller (e.g. <1 kg) orders.
Airmail does not include a tracking facility.
From our previous experience we have found NZ Post Airmail to be relatively prompt with non-delivery of items being extremely rare.
Delivery by New Zealand Post Airmail is at Customer's risk and no refund will be given in the case of non-delivery.
